Searches are key element of your Home Information Pack. It is possible to use a type of serch called a "personal search" to complete a HIP, however sometimes these searches are not considered adequate for conveyancing purposes. Often this can mean that further searches can be required by solicitors in order to complete a sale. At HIP js we only use official Land Charge searches produced by the relevant local authority.
