Fee structure

Unlike some HIP providers we aim to be completely transparent in our pricing. Many companies offer low fees for HIPs if you agree to allow the same company to complete the conveyancing on your property. We are specialist HIP providers and not property lawyers.

We will provide you a simple and immediate quotation once we know the size and postcode of your property. We will calculate the cost of each element of your HIP, an example of how we do this is shown below:
